CCPA / CPRA Notice for California Consumers

This notice provides additional disclosures and rights for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Notice at Collection
We collect the following categories of personal information from California consumers, for the purposes described below.
Categories Collected (Last 12 Months)
- Identifiers: name, email, postal address, phone number, IP address, online identifiers
- Customer records: payment-related information processed by our payment partners
- Commercial information: products purchased, subscription history
- Internet activity: browsing and interactions with the Site, ads, and emails
- Geolocation: approximate location from IP address
- Inferences: preferences, characteristics, and predispositions drawn from the above
- Sensitive personal information: account credentials. We do not knowingly collect government IDs, financial account numbers (these are processed by our PCI-compliant processor), precise geolocation, or biometric data.
Purposes
- Process orders and provide products and subscriptions
- Communicate with you, including marketing where permitted
- Personalize, secure, and improve the Site
- Measure and deliver advertising
- Comply with law and prevent fraud
Retention
We retain each category for as long as needed for the purposes described, or longer if required by law.

Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for monetary value. However, our use of advertising cookies, pixels, and SDKs (e.g., Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads tags) may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA. The categories of personal information involved are identifiers, internet activity, and inferences.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

- Right to delete personal information, subject to exceptions
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights
How to Submit a Request
Submit requests by emailing privacy@cellularsolutions.com with the subject "California Privacy Request," using our request form, or by calling [CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE]. We will verify your request by matching information in our records. We will respond within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf with written authorization.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California residents can opt out of sale and sharing by clicking the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our Site footer, by setting the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in their browser, or by emailing the address above. We will honor verified opt-outs within 15 days.
Shine the Light
California Civil Code §1798.83 permits California residents to request a list of personal information disclosed to third parties for direct-marketing purposes in the previous calendar year. To make a request, email the address above with "Shine the Light Request" in the subject line.
