Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern subscriptions purchased through cellularsolutions.com. They supplement (and form part of) our Terms and Conditions.
How Subscriptions Work
When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us and our subscription service provider (Recharge) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the cadence you select (e.g., every 30, 45, or 60 days), at the then-current subscription price, plus applicable taxes and shipping, until you cancel.
Auto-Renewal Disclosure
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE INTERVAL YOU SELECTED. WE WILL CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE FOR EACH RENEWAL UNTIL YOU CANCEL. YOU MAY CANCEL AT ANY TIME, WITH NO CANCELLATION FEE.
Before each renewal, we will send a renewal reminder email a reasonable number of days in advance with the renewal date, the amount, and a one-click link to manage or cancel your subscription, as required by applicable law.
Pricing, Taxes, and Shipping
- Subscription pricing is the price displayed at checkout for the relevant product and subscription cadence. Multi-bottle subscription pricing reflects promotional discounts.
- Promotional or first-order pricing applies only to the orders specified at signup. Subsequent orders renew at the standard subscription price unless otherwise stated.
- Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address.
- Standard shipping rates apply unless free shipping is offered.
Skip, Pause, Swap, and Modify
You can skip a shipment, pause your subscription, change your cadence, swap products, or update payment and shipping information at any time through your account portal.
Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription anytime, with no fee, by:
- Clicking the cancel link in any subscription confirmation or renewal reminder email
- Logging into your account portal and clicking "Cancel"
- Emailing support@cellularsolutions.com or calling [CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE]
If you signed up online, you may cancel online without speaking to a representative. Cancellations take effect before the next scheduled renewal, provided we receive the request a reasonable time in advance (typically 24–48 hours before the next charge).
Failed Payments
If a charge is declined, we may retry the payment, contact you to update your payment method, or pause the subscription. Repeated failures may result in cancellation.
Returns on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are covered by our Return Policy. If you cancel after a renewal has shipped, you may return the order under the same terms as a one-time purchase.
Modifications to Subscription Terms or Pricing
We may change subscription pricing, available products, cadences, or these terms. Material changes (including price increases) will be communicated in advance and will apply only to renewals after the notice period.
Termination by Us
We may cancel a subscription if there is suspected fraud, abuse of promotional offers, repeated chargebacks, or violation of our Terms.
