Online Commerce
You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout; payments are processed by Authorize.Net via Easy Pay Direct. Sales tax is calculated and collected based on the shipping address. If a payment is declined or charged back, we may suspend or cancel the affected order or account.
Product descriptions, ingredients, and images are provided for informational purposes; slight variations may occur. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Multi-bottle and bundled pricing reflect promotional discounts and may be modified or withdrawn. Inventory is limited and subject to availability. We may correct pricing or inventory errors and cancel affected orders, with a refund of any amounts charged. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, and decline orders we suspect of fraud or resale.

Dispute Resolution; Class Action Waiver
Any dispute between you and Pompa Program shall be subject to binding arbitration in the state of Utah. You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah.
