Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to consumers protected by laws governing consumer health data, including the Washington My Health My Data Act (WA MHMD), Nevada SB 370, and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act health data amendments. To the extent of any conflict, this policy controls for consumer health data.
What Is Consumer Health Data?
Consumer health data means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to a consumer and that identifies the consumer's past, present, or future physical or mental health status. For our wellness customers, this can include information you choose to share with us about goals, lifestyle, dietary preferences, supplement use, or health-related interests.
Categories of Consumer Health Data We May Collect
- Information you provide via product quizzes, customer-support conversations, surveys, or reviews related to wellness goals (e.g., gut, sleep, energy, drainage, or general wellness interests)
- Purchase history of dietary supplements and related wellness products
- Subscription preferences and product cadence
- Inferences derived from the above

- Directly from you (forms, quizzes, account, support)
- Automatically from your interactions with the Site
- From service providers acting on our behalf
How We Use Consumer Health Data
- To process orders and provide subscription products
- To recommend products and personalize content
- To respond to customer service inquiries

- To comply with law and protect our rights
With Whom We Share Consumer Health Data
We share consumer health data only as described in this policy and only with: service providers and processors bound to confidentiality (e.g., Klaviyo, Recharge, Shopify, fulfillment); affiliates; legal/regulatory authorities where required; and parties to a business transfer. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share consumer health data for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent.

How to Exercise Your Rights
Email privacy@cellularsolutions.com with the subject line "Consumer Health Data Request" or use the request form linked in the Site footer. We will verify your identity (typically by matching information in our records). We will respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension where reasonably necessary. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our denial; we will respond to appeals within 45 days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.
Authorized Agents
You may authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written authorization signed by you and verification of your identity.
Changes
We will update this policy as our practices or applicable laws change. The Effective Date above reflects the latest version.
