Return & Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, opened or unopened. We stand behind our products.
How to Start a Return
Email support@cellularsolutions.com with your order number and the reason for return, or use the returns portal linked at the bottom of the Site. We'll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt of the return or, for opened-product satisfaction returns, after we approve your request.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or for defective or incorrect items.
- Promotional and bundled purchases are refunded at the actual price paid.
Subscription Returns
Subscription orders are covered by this policy. If you cancel after a renewal has shipped, you may return the order under the same terms above. Cancellations made before a renewal charge are not subject to a return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery
- Items returned without a return authorization
- Repeated or excessive return claims (we reserve the right to limit returns we suspect to be abusive)
- Items purchased from third-party retailers (contact the retailer directly)
International Returns
If your order shipped internationally, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or taxes paid. Contact us before shipping any international return.
